Picture yourself arriving by boat, sea plane or motor vehicle to Mosaic. Wedding ceremony on the beach with Port Phillip Bay as back drop or in our Tuscan beer garden- the choices are all yours. A cocktail or cool drink to start, waiters roving with cocktail food, then guests can be seated for entrée, main course and dessert. Then finish the night off with guests dancing the night away.
 
Having exclusive use of Mosaic means that you and your guests enjoy our undivided attention.  From the moment you arrive till after your departure, our Function Manager will take care of every little detail.  Consider us as your personal assistant. Not only do we plan the day with you according to your dreams, we follow it through to the very last detail.
 
The restaurant can accommodate from 50 to 100 guests for a sit down wedding or up to 250 guests for a stand up cocktail style wedding. Both of these configurations will leave enough room for a dance floor. 
 
Banquet Package
  • Pre-dinner drinks served with hot and cold canapés on arrival.
  • A three course meal comprising of 2 entree course selection, 2 main course selections and a dessert.
  • A choice of the two selections in the main is given to the bridal and parents tables. The remainder of your guests are served alternately.
