Our flexible events room can be set up to suit your individual requirements and event format. With three sections to our dining floor it allows for segregated training areas. With stunning foreshore and parkland areas nearby they provide endless options for team building and energy breaks. These ingredients make Mosaic your ideal venue for a successful event. The Dining Room caters for groups of 50-100 seated and up to 250 for a stand up cocktail function. Our packages will offer you a range of menu options to suit your event. As each function is unique, let us devise a package to suit your individual needs. Our experienced team has taken an innovative and fresh approach to create these packages, however, we are also more than happy to sit down and develop your own selection if you prefer. From a cocktail party in our tuscan beer garden to an eight course degustation, we can provide whatever you require. Be it a wedding, birthday, or anniversary celebration, Mosaic is the place for you. We offer all day & half day conference packages, lunch packages and three different dinner packages to choose from. Please refer below to our function package list for all details. A minimum spend is required for the exclusive use of our restaurant, beer garden and/or entire venue. This amount varies according to the time of year and day of the week. Peak period is mid-November until end of January. Please contact us for further information.
